Join us for a soul-soothing evening where therapy meets the kitchen. In this hands-on baking class, you’ll craft your own stunning garden focaccia bread—decorated with fresh herbs and veggies grown with love.
While our loaves rise, a licensed therapist will gently guide us through a conversation around recognizing and releasing frustration, offering real tools to help you process and reset.
